The Springfield Motor Car Company was incorporated in Springfield, Illinois (US) with Harry C. Medcraft as President, Rudolph Haas as Vice President, Edward Everett Staley as Secretary, and racer Otis Funderburk as Sales Manager. The new firm was a reorganization of the Med-Bow Automobile Company of Springfield, MA, but actual production was only about ten cars.
