William Gordon Everitt


Monday 7th October 1901

Born on this day, William Gordon Everitt, British driver who at one time was touted as the ‘next Dick Seaman’. Results included a 4th at 1935 Donington Grand Prix , a 3rd at 1936 Empire Trophy, a 5th in 1938 South African Grand Prix and 4th in 1938 Grosvenor GP with a Maserati 6CM. Everitt died in Old Alresford, Hampshire aged 92.
