The Twentieth Century Motor Car Company was incorporated in Nevada, US to manufacture the three-wheeled Dale. The company, along with its transexual Chief Executive Officer Elizabeth Carmichal (nee Jerry Dan Michael), would collapse within months under allegations of fraud.
