Officials Nathan M. Kaufman, Daniel W. Kaufman, and C. H. Blomstrom of the DeLuxe Motor Car Company of Detroit, Michigan, US registered a trademark for its marque, called ‘The Car DeLuxe’. The company legally dissolved in 1912, although production had ended in 1909 when its factory was taken over by Walter Flanders. Less than 100 Car De Luxe automobile were created. The company and all of its assets were sold to Everett-Metzger-Flanders in 1910.
