Kyle Busch held off John Hunter Nemechek in overtime to win the Alpha Energy Solutions 250 at Martinsville Speedway. Busch, who led a race-high 123 laps, captured his 45th of 57 career NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series victories.
