Kyle Busch celebrated his 24th birthday with a win in the NASCAR Cup Series Crown Royal Presents the Russ Friedman 400 at Richmond Raceway to give him a sweep of the weekend. Busch scored his third Cup Series victory of the season and became the third driver in Richmond history to sweep a Cup-Xfinity Series weekend. Busch passed Jeff Gordon on Lap 352 of 400 and held on to the checkered flag.
