Kevin Harvick survived a green-white-checkered finish and held off Jeff Burton to win the rain-delayed Sharpie Professional 250 at Bristol Motor Speedway. Harvick and Burton gave Richard Childress Racing a 1-2 finish on that Monday as well as a sweep of the weekend’s racing at Bristol after Harvick won the Food City 500. The overtime session was set-up when Shane Hmiel made contact and spun Dale Jarrett with three laps to go, which brought out the red flag. Jarrett walked to Hmiel’s car and exchanged words with the young driver before being led to the infield care center.
