Julius P. Heil (73) died near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Heil had been President of Heil Company, manufacturers of truck and trailer tanks, from 1906 through 1946 and then the Company Chairman for the next three years. He also served a term as Governor of Wisconsin starting in 1939.
