E R Hollander, G P Tangeman and C H Tangeman registered the coined “Hol-Tan” name as a trademark for their New York City car dealership. The firm sold badge-engineered Moon asa “Hol-Tan” in 1908, but thereafter returned t being a dealership exclusively as agents for the Delaunay-Belleville and Lancia.
