Dale Earnhardt Jr. continued his mastery of Talladega Superspeedway when he won the NASCAR Xfinity (Busch Grand National) Series Aaron’s 312. Earnhardt, who led 60 laps, won the race under caution over polesitter Joe Nemechek, who was out front for 49 laps. Earnhardt’s win was one of three in as many series starts that season on superspeedways.
