Col. Elbert J. Hall (73) whose Hall-Scott aviation engines powered the super luxury Fageol car of 1917, died in Los Gatos, California. In 1930 he cofounded with Norman DeVaux, the DeVaux-Hall Motors Corporation, manufacturers of the economy DeVaux of 1931-1932.
