Billy Taylor drove his Stutz to victory in the 112.5 mile ‘Universal Cup’ AAA Championship race at Uniontown Speedway, Pennsylvania. Taylor averaged 89.25 mph on the 1.125 mile board track that featured turns banked nearly 40 degrees. It was Taylor’s only AAA Championship race win.
