After extensive use of H2OIL fuel additives for over 15 years, China began manufacturing F2-21 nanotechnology fuel additives. H2OIL’s first overseas plant in Tianjin opened under a joint venture agreement with PetroChina’s Huafu Oilfield Chemical Company. F2-21, developed by H2Oil president Richard Hicks, is a mixture of water, shampoo and baby oil that forms nano-sized globules which explode in an engine’s combustion chamber helping the gas to burn more cleanly and completely.
